We ship orders from Monday to Saturday. We aim to dispatch all items by 3pm. Any orders made after 3pm will be dispatched the following day.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct postage address is provided. When using Paypal please ensure your PayPal address is correct.

1st Class Signed for Delivery, Royal Mail

This option is to UK Mainland only, we aim to dispatch items the same day. 

A tracking reference will be sent via email once the parcel has been shipped.

Royal Mail advises 1 - 2 days for delivery depending on the time of year - Delays expected for Christmas, Black Friday, Bank holidays etc.

I recommend tracked and signed for options for items of high value.

We ship worldwide, should you have any difficulty with shipping costs when using our website - please get in touch.

All items are dispatched the next working day. Items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed. 

Customers are liable for any customs fees.

DELAYS EXPECTED,  recent updates from Royal Mail have indicated that parcels are taking additional time to arrive do to the necessary quarantine period. Please be patient.

*** At Cerys' Closet we do our best to ensure our shipping prices are calculated correctly, however shipping pricing errors may occur when ordering more than one pair of shoes.  We have tried our utmost to ensure this doesn't happen, but with international postage it may still happen.
