Returns Policy and Details
At Cerys' Closet, we hope that you will be 100% delighted with your purchase. However, should there be any reason that you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your purchase to us for a full refund provided that:
- The goods are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition WITH ALL TAGS INTACT.
- You tell us that you wish to return the goods within seven working days from the date you receive them - Any items returned without prior contact will be returned to the sender.
- You return them to us within fourteen working days from the date you receive them
- THEY ARE NOT SALE ITEMS
If you return a faulty item without any prior contact in regards to the fault, the return request cannot be accepted and the item will returned to you (the buyer) immediately.
Returns that are damaged, soiled, covered in hairs or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer.
IMPORTANT: When trying on clothing, ensure you are not wearing perfume or deodorant which may leave marks or scent on the item. Any item returned with deodorant marks or scent will be posted back to the buyer. Garment tags and packaging (if any) should also be intact and included along with any other accessories included with the item (belts etc). If not included, or sent back damaged, the return will not be accepted and the item will be sent back to the buyer.
All shoes are inspected before being sent and a member of staff signs off on each item.
Any shoes returned in less than perfect condition will be returned to the customer. e.g. worn soles, pitting to the soles of the shoes
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using an insured and recorded service. Proof of postage will not be enough evidence should a parcel become lost in transit.
Please allow 5 working days from when we receive the item to process the return. Many returns will be processed the day they arrive or the day after.
We will refund you the cost of the item ONLY. The return postage cost must be paid by the customer whether the item is being sent back for a refund or an exchange.

There are no refunds when items are purchased in store or via click and collect. You may have an exchange or a credit note only.
EVERY DRESS IS CHECKED BEFORE SALE AND SOLD IN PERFECT CONDITION, ALL STITCHING AROUND THE WAIST IS CHECKED AND SIGNED OFF BY A STAFF MEMBER. SHOULD ANY STITCHING COME UNDONE AFTER THE GARMENT HAS LEFT CERYS' CLOSET IS NO LONGER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF CERYS' CLOSET.
ALL STITCHING IS DELICATE IN IT'S NATURE AND REPEATED PULLS ON THE WAISTLINE DURING WEAR CANNOT BE COVERED BY OUR RETURNS POLICY. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY STITCHING REPAIRS AFTER PURCHASE. THIS IS NOT COVERED IN OUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY AND REPAIR IS LEFT TO THE CUSTOMER.
