The straps are adjustable; with an easy slide bead on each strap made from rubber so they don't slip once you have pulled them into place.

Please wash after every use. Outer: 50% cotton, 50% polyester. Middle: non-woven. Inner: 100% cotton. Wash at 60 degrees and air dry.
